1. What is your return policy?
All items purchased in store or online are eligible for return or exchange. Any item accompanied by a receipt with the original tags attached can be fully refunded, minus the cost of shipping, within 10 days of purchase / delivery. Any item accompanied by a receipt with the original tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase / delivery. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, are not accompanied by a receipt, or do not have original tags attached to the item.
2. How do I make a return?
At Scarlet Macaw Resort Wear we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If an item does not fit please reach out by phone or email to begin the return process. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
3. Can I pay by phone instead of online?
Sure! If you prefer to shop by phone please give us a call at 941-483-3500 during business hours to begin shopping. If you call after business hours someone will return your call on the next business day.
4. How do you ship?
We currently ship using USPS priority mail.
5. Can you ship outside of the United States?
Sure! For international shopping please give us a call at 941-483-3500 so that we can determine a shipping plan that works best for you.
6. How do your clothes fit?
Each brand and style have completely different fits! One medium may run large while another company's runs small. We try to provide helpful details and item descriptions but if you have a sizing question please email us or call us and we will be happy to help!
7. Do you take special orders for your hand-painted goods?
Depending on the artist and how much time is available for the order we may be able to accommodate special orders. Pleas email us for more information.
8. Is it safe to shop online with Scarlet Macaw?
While we cannot promise that our website will never be hacked we do our best to maintain the safety and security of our customer's information. Our credit card machines and store procedures are certified PCI compliant and we maintain a high level of password protocols to do our best to keep information safe & secure. If cyber security concerns you please feel free to give us a call at 941-483-3500 to place your order by phone.
9. Do you sell customer information?
No! We would never sell your information or intentionally give your information to third parties. People who do that just aren't cool.
